Froze some whip cream like the day before it’s best before date bc I do Not have the time or energy to whip it up tonight (the product I make is typically frozen to set as it’s mousse but can be set in fridge) so. We’ll see if it’s still any good.
Or could do big alfredo batch of pasta idk yet. But I think I can freeze whip cream in the carton?
Ok Google says yes but May reduce the fat content since ice crystals form. So alfredo it shall be (eventually)
